Prague, Captured in Photographs

Prague isn’t just a city, but an entity of some kind.

I only had three days in Prague and let me tell you, three days is not nearly enough. However, in those three days I was able to experience some beautiful parts of this magical city. For me it had a whimsical, fairy-tale feeling to it. I would love to go back and explore more of the city.

Have you ever been to Prague? What did you think? Do you prefer written accounts of a destination, the photos behind it, or both?

Sunday Snapshot: John Lennon Wall

This week’s Sunday Snapshot is a photo taken of the John Lennon Wall. Located in Prague, this wall has been painted on since the 1980’s. If you take some time to explore the wall, I’m sure you will be inspired. The wall is covered in lyrics from Beatles’ songs and notions about love, peace and happiness. The wall is constantly changing and the graffiti continues to be allowed on the wall. I’m fascinated by graffiti art and I think that the history of the wall and the whole concept of it is beautiful.
